Member of the Month – August 2013
Congrats to Joe Parisi! JD’s Gym’s August 2013 Member of the Month. Having a newborn baby at home hasn’t slowed down Joe Parisi. He hit PRs on the front squat, trap bar deadlifts(twice), and improved all his major crossfit times with the prescribed weights, including cutting over four minutes off his “Fran” time.
